Description

Fogarty held its 50th anniversary symposium, "What are the new frontiers in global health research?" on May 1, 2018, at NIH in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Linda-Gail Bekker, professor at the University of Cape Town, shared her personal story of how Fogarty support allowed her to earn her Ph.D. in the U.S., opening “a whole world of discovery.”
