Description
Français : "Fontaine à quatre jets avec bassin octogonal en roche blanche et obélisque central en marbre, surmonté d’un vase, construite en 1774 par Louis Favre, maître maçon. Socle octogonal d’une marche. Déplacée en 1868 au moment de la destruction de la Grenette. En 1875, un des quatre jets de la fontaine est encore alimenté par de l’eau de source. Classée en 1921. Une fontaine à Longemalle est prévue en 1442 et signalée en 1446. En 1503, la fontaine doit être entourée d'une clôture de bois." Sources : Livre "Les fontaines de Genève" de Armand Brulhart
