English: Information board on the former boat shed of the German Society for the Rescue of Shipwrecked People (DGzRS) on Adolf-Noosten-Strasse in Westeraccumersiel (East Frisia):

„Rescue shed - From 1907 to 1960 Westeraccumersiel was a rescue station of the DGzRS. The rowing lifeboat with sails "August Grassow" was housed in this rescue building until 1949. After that, Westeraccumersiel owned a motor lifeboat until 1960. (K.-H. W)“

Deutsch: Informationstafel am ehemaligen Bootsschuppen der Deutschen Gesellschaft zur Rettung Schiffbrüchiger (DGzRS) an der Adolf-Noosten-Straße in Westeraccumersiel (Ostfriesland):

„Rettungsschuppen - Von 1907 bis 1960 war Westeraccumersiel Rettungsstation der DGzRS. In diesem Rettungsgebäude war bis 1949 das Ruderrettungsboot mit Segeln "August Grassow" untergebracht. Danach besaß Westeraccumersiel bis 1960 ein Motorrettungsboot. (K.-H. W)“
