Summary[edit]
DescriptionFormer French Tourist Office, Piccadilly - geograph.org.uk - 817884.jpg |
English: Former French Tourist Office, Piccadilly The tourist office has recently moved to 300 High Holborn so its landmark sign in Piccadilly will be coming down.
[Addition March 2009] In fact the large "FRANCE" letters, and "French Railways House" higher on the facade, have been retained. The ground floor is now Hawes and Curtis, shirtmakers http://www.hawesandcurtis.com/. Three upper floors are used by the Royal Academy for administrative offices - the building is almost opposite the RA exhibition rooms in Burlington House. |
