Description
Français : Vestiges d'un four à chaux*, Oms, Pyrénées-Orientales (66), sur la pente est de la colline de la Calcine. Il est un témoin des opérations anciennes de calcination de la pierre calcaire de ce secteur de la commune. L'extérieur à gauche, l'intérieur (rougi par l'action du grillage) à droite.
English: Remains of a lime kiln*, Oms, Pyrénées-Orientales, France, on the eastern slope of the "La Calcine" hill. The limestone of the hill was burnt here. The exterior is on the left, the interior (reddened by heat) is on the right.
