Description
Русский: Передача и жизненный цикл коронавируса SARS-CoV-2, вызывающего инфекцию COVID-19. SARS-CoV-2 передается через респираторные капли инфицированных больных к клеткам слизистой оболочки полости рта и дыхательных путей. Вирус, обладающий геномом одноцепочечной РНК, обёрнутым белком нуклеокапсида (N) и тремя основными поверхностными белками: мембранным (M), белком оболочки (E) и S-белком (спайк), реплицируется и переходит в нижние дыхательные пути, что может привести к тяжёлой пневмонии. Путь к входу в клетку-хозяина (увеличенное изображение) осуществляется через взаимодействие S-конвертирующего фермента 2 (АПФ2) с расщеплением S-белка в состоянии перед слиянием протеазами TMPRSS-2 / фурина. Показано упрощённое изображение жизненного цикла вируса, а также возможные иммунные ответы.
