Description
English: A map of the southern parts of the Duchy of Jülich, a State of the Holy Roman Empire. The Duchy's territory roughly covered parts of the present-day North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany and Limburg province in the Netherlands. Also shown are the counties of Schleiden, Blankenheim, Gerolstein, Virnenburg and Lommersum; the dominions of Wittem, Eyss and Schlenacken; Kornelimünster Abbey; and the free imperial cities of Aachen and Cologne.
