Description
English: A group portrait by Frederick Christian Palmer (d.1941), of The Ronald Cecil Concert Party, who were seaside entertainers at Herne Bay in the early years of the 20th century. Fred C. Palmer worked at Herne Bay from 1903 to 1920, principally from his Tower Studios.
