English:
Cemetery chapel Local grade listed Nagykanizsa Central Cemetery (other names:Tripammer Street Cemetery, Nagykanizsa Public Cemetery) /Est. 1784 or 1769/. Extended in 1827, 1920. A stone cross (1864) installed at the cemetery chapel (1847). The chapel extended toward south by builder master Lajos Sallér in 1892. The builder master grave is there. Old chapel bells probably destroyed under WW1, new bells made by László Szlezák in Budapest, 1928. Plaque on its facade: "Cemetery chapel / building of local importance. The cemetery was opened in 1769. Its first tombstone was erected in 1779 for Vencel Terzer, 'king-soap maker'. The stone standing with its back to the road was said to turn toward the road every hundred years. The chapel, which was expanded with a funeral home in 1893, was built in 1847 with the donation of Alajos Tarnok, estate administrator/manager?/. The tombs on the east side began to be built from 1891. The cemetery for the 1100 victims was completed in 1928. The memorial plaque was erected in 2007 and in 2006 by Lajos Szili and his family" - Tripammer Gyula Street, Nagykanizsa, Zala County, Hungary.

A temető 1769-ben nyílt meg. Első sírkövét 1779-ben emelték Terzer Vencel 'király-szappanfőzőnek' Az útnak hátttal álló kőről azt tartották, hogy százévente az út felé fordul. Az 1893-ben ravatalozóval bővített kápolna 1847-ben Tarnok Alajos uradalmi intéző adományából épült. A keleti oldal sírboltjait 1891-től kezdték építeni. Az 1100 áldozat temetője 1928-ra készült el.
