Description
Français : Certains produits sont conservés dans la glace pour éviter qu'ils pourrissent (viande, poisson, etc.). Ce matériel appelé "frigo manuel" est fabriqué à partir de réfrigérateurs qui ne fonctionnent plus. Ils sont le plus souvent utilisés par les vendeuses de poissons et/ou viandes pour conserver les restes sans utiliser d'électricité (avec de la glace et le produit à l'intérieur, bien fermé, le produit peut passer la nuit sans risque de pourrir).

Alors qu'avec un réfrigérateur, s'il y a coupure d'électricité la nuit, tout peut être perdu.

Ce matériel est donc très efficace dans les localités où la coupure d'électricité est fréquente.
