Entró como raso policial hace 34 años, se hizo profesional, doctor en Derecho en la misma Policía Nacional y ha realizado cursos especializados en investigación criminal, de documentos dudosos en Nueva York (Estados Unidos) Guzmán Peralta, fue asignado como jefe de la seguridad de Luís Abinader, tiene en su currículo el haber sido comandante del departamento de Falsificaciones en el Palacio de la Policía, posición de mucha responsabilidad. Guzmán Peralta, quien hizo estudios secundarios en el liceo Sergio Augusto Beras de su pueblo natal El Seibo, es graduado de licenciado en Contabilidad en la Universidad Central del Este (UCE) y en ambos niveles se costeó sus estudios desde la sastrería, oficio que llevó a cabo con mucha destreza. En su pueblo, sus compañeros y amigos los conocen como Frank. |
