Description
English: In the picture, wage rates are noted on the Y axis and Labour is accounted on the X axis. GB represents the marginal productivity of labor or demand for labor at various wage rates. Employers employ laborers at W1 rate to avoid contact with groups who they are against due to prejudice. The labor employed at W1 is L1. The model shows that if employers do not discriminate they can give lower wages ie W2 and employ L2 number of laborers. This results in increase in productivity.
