Deutsch: Geithain/Sachsen, St. Nikolai: Gesamteindruck bzw. Übersichtsaufnahme der hölzernen Decke im Nordschiff, die von Adam Schilling dem Älteren 1594/1595 gemalt wurde – die Bilderdecke ist vor dem Altar (Osten, hier im Bild oben) stehend mit Blick zur Orgel (Westen) zu betrachten – im Nordschiff sind von Ost nach West das Bildnis von Philipp Melanchthon (hier verdeckt), die Erschaffung Adam und Evas, der Sündenfall, die Opferung Isaaks, die Aufrichtung der Ehernen Schlange und der heilige Nikolaus dargestellt;
