English: "Punch, Judy and their Child" (source, source). Illustration from Punch and Judy, from 1828 (source). The first printed Punch and Judy script was published in 1828 and was written by Shakespearean critic and forger John Payne Collier and illustrated by British caricaturist and book illustrator George Cruikshank. The script was based on a show by travelling performer Giovanni Piccini that had been performed in England in the early 1800s. (Source.) It was called The Tragical Comedy or Comical Tragedy of Punch and Judy (source: "Punch & Judy: 1832 Book pdf file").
