Summary[edit]

Description
English: Building at 310 2nd Ave S. Built in 1890 by George Kinnear, brother of John Kinnear who had built the building to the north. The two buildings were interconnected and served as a hotel for most of their existence, first the Pacific Hotel and later the Hotel Regina. While John's building survived the 1949 earthquake unscathed, this building lost most of it's facade above the 4th floor windows but was repaired. Both buildings were demolished in 1965 for a parking lot that still remains in 2021.
