Summary[edit]

Description The 165th Airlift Wing, Georgia Air National Guard continues to provide joint airlift with the 152nd Airlift Wing, Nevada Air National Guard, May 29, 2014 in Corsica, France. The two C-130 units are supporting joint training exercises with the U.S. Army's 82d Airborne Division and the French Foreign Legion. Today's exercises involved a "three ship" formation dropping U.S. and French paratroopers off the coast of Solenzara, Corsica. These exercises are a precursor to the 70th Anniversary of D-Day.
