Deutsch: Genaues weiß ich leider auch nicht. Meine ursprüngliche Annahme war, dass es um die deutschen Kriegsgefangenen ging bei dem Gedenkstein. Es kann aber auch ein Gedenken an Kriegsgefangene auch anderer Nationen sein und vielleicht auch um ein Gedenken an die KZ-Gefangenen im Dritten Reich. English: Unfortunately I don't know exactly. My original assumption was that the memorial stone was about the German prisoners of war. But it can also be a commemoration of prisoners of war from other nations and perhaps also a commemoration of the concentration camp prisoners in the Third Reich.
