Tłumaczenie: Gitel córka Izraela Ozera z rodu (świętego gaona, uczonego pana) Saula Wahla (niech pamięć sprawiedliwego będzie do życia przyszłego świata) i żona Samuela Aszera Rapaporta ze Lwowa, zmarła we wtorek 16 szewat 5677 = 8 luty 1917 roku
עברית: מצבתה של גיטל רפפורט בבית הקברות היהודי החדש בצ'שין, שקדמונה היה שאול ואל, מלך פולין ליום אחד. תרגום הכתובת: גיטל, בת ישראל אוזר משושלת (הגאון הקדוש, הרב הלמד) שאול ווייל (יהי זכרו של צדיק לחיי העולם הבא), ואשתו של שמואל אשר רפפורט מלבוב, נפטרה ביום שלישי, ט"ז בשבט תרע"ז = 8 בפברואר 1917."

Translation of the inscription: Gitel, daughter of Israel Ozer from the lineage (of the holy gaon, learned master) Saul Wahl (may the memory of the righteous be for the life of the world to come), and wife of Samuel Asher Rapaport from Lviv, died on Tuesday, 16 Shevat 5677 = February 8, 1917.
