Description
العربية: الصفن عند الرجُل. يُلاحظ أنَّ القضيب قُلب إلى الخلف، كما أُزيل الجدار الأمامي لِلصفن. يُمكن مُلاحظة عدَّة أجزاء على القسم الأيمن، وهي: الحبل المنوي واللفافة القُمعيَّة والعضلات المُشمِّرة؛ أمَّا على الجانب الأيسر فيظهر تقسيم اللفافة القمعيَّة إلى قسمٍ طوليٍّ يسيرُ على جانب الحبل المنوي والخصية، كما تمَّت إزالة الطبقة الجداريَّة لِلغلالة المهبليَّة في سبيل إظهار الخصية والبربخ المُغطاة بِالطبقة الحشويَّة لِلغلالة المذكورة.
