Description

A U.S. Navy Grumman TF-1 Trader (BuNo 146017) drops U.S. Marine Corps paratoopers during exercise "Tulungan" in South-East Asia. The Trader was assigned to Carrier Anti-Submarine Air Group 59 (CVSG-59) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Bennington (CVS-20) for a deployment to the Western Pacific from 7 January 25 July 1962.

Note: The Grumman Trader was a plane normally used only for carrier on board delivery (COD).
