English: Gunner Close, Mundesley A recent development which is within the planning "Coastal Erosion Constraint Area", so policy EN11 applies: "In the Coastal Erosion Constraint Area new development, or the intensification of existing development or land uses, will not be permitted, except where it can be demonstrated that it will result in no increased risk to life or significant increase in risk to property." A rather dubious policy: presumably the risks have not increased (although they might already be high) so everthing's fine! |
