Deutsch: Das Europareservat Federsee (NSG 4.019) mit seinem Vogelschutzgebiet (DE-7923-401) bietet zahlreichen Vogelarten geeignete Brut- und Aufzuchtbedingungen. Die Höckerschwäne (Cygnus olor) sind hier ganzjährig in größerer Zahl vertreten.
English: The European reserve "Federsee" (NSG 4.019) with its bird sanctuary (DE-7923-401) provides suitable breeding conditions for numerous bird species. The mute swan (Cygnus olor) is a common and perennial inhabitant of this reserve.
