Toelichting
David Teniers heeft waarschijnlijk van alle schilderijen uit de collectie van Leopold Willem van Oostenrijk een olieverfstudie op doek of paneel vervaardigd (zgn. pasticcio), die als voorbeeld voor de prentmakers diende. Het is niet altijd duidelijk of de pasticci door hem zijn gemaakt of door zijn atelier. Niet alle pasticci zijn overgeleverd.
