Summary[edit]

Description
English: Harrogate Brunswick railway station (site), Yorkshire
Opened in 1848 by the York & North Midland Railway as the terminus of its branch from Church Fenton via Tadcaster, this station closed in 1862 when it was replaced by the current Harrogate station. Brunswick was eventually demolished and the area landscaped as part of The Stray. View north towards the buffers. The former Brunswick hotel still stands diagonally opposite the junction of Otley Road and Leeds Road - see SE3054 : The Prince of Wales apartments, Formerly the Brunswick hotel.
