Description
Deutsch: Das Herrschaftshaus geht auf einen Vorgängerbau aus dem Jahr 1597 zurück. Die klassizistische Fassade entstand 1786, als der Bau erweitert und neu gestaltet wurde. Das Haus Zur grünen Tür war Sitz der ehemaligen Ersparnisanstalt der St. Gallen, die ab 2006 Vadian Bank hieβ und 2014 mit der Kantonalbank St. Gallen fusionierte.
Français : Le manoir remonte à un bâtiment prédécesseur de 1597. La façade néoclassique a été créée en 1786, lorsque le bâtiment a été agrandi et redessiné. La maison néoclassique Zur grünen Tür (maison à la porte verte) était le siège de l'ancienne institution d'épargne de Saint-Gall, qui s'appelait Vadian Bank depuis 2006 et a fusionné avec la Banque cantonale de Saint-Gall en 2014.
English: The manor house dates back to a predecessor building from 1597. The neoclassical façade was created in 1786, when the building was extended and redesigned. The house Zur grünen Tür was the seat of the former savings institution of St. Gallen, which was called Vadian Bank from 2006 and merged with the Kantonalbank St. Gallen in 2014.
