Deutsch: Hier stand etwa 60 cm unterhalb der Bodenplatte Grundwasser an, daher wurde diese während der Baumaßnahme um knapp einen Meter abgesenkt. Für die Verschiebung mussten insgesamt 6 Streifenfundamente hergestellt werden. Zur Aussteifung für die Hebung wurden die Pfahlköpfe durch einen Ringbalken verbunden. Anschließend wurde das Haus mithilfe des Pfahlsystems weggesteuert hydraulisch um 50 cm angehoben. Zur Aufnahme von Horizontallasten wurden bereits während der Hebung kontinuierlich Stahlpakete eingebaut. Obwohl beim Anhebevorgang 50 einzelne Punkte hydraulisch bewegt werden mussten, lag der maximale Fehler bei nur einem Millimeter Höhendifferenz! |
