The Tudor Borde Hill House, located 1.5 miles tot he west of Haywards Heath in East Sussex, was originally completed in 1598 by Stephen Borde. After four generations of ownership by the Stephenson Clarke family, the surrounding gardens were opened to the public in 1965.
