English: Hehu Hills connect Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The locality has been the main base for March 23 Movement (M23) since 2013, where they hide after displacing people and villages, shelling IDP camps, machine-gunning vast crowds of people that they first lured into public spaces, and marched on. |
