  • Khoi Phuc was, according to Jampa Dorje, Berkeley Daze (2018), High Mountain Valley Local Authors Collection Online Content, p. 271 (p. 295 of the PDF) "a briefly employed pseudonym of Edward Smith… (1941-2003)"
  • Paul Hunter, who wrote the first piece here and both of the pieces on the right, is presumably the person of that name who went on to be a rather widely published poet, and founder of Seattle-based Wood Works Press. He is not the scholar J. Paul Hunter.
