Español: En la imagen se observan núcleos de células neoplásicas de un cáncer de mama con amplificación de las señales correspondientes al gen Her2 (señales rojas) (en verde, señales de marcaje centromérico). El cociente entres señales rojas y verdes es mayor de 2. Técnica: hibridación in situ de núcleos en interfase obtenidos de material parafinado de un cáncer de mama.
