Description
English: Pre-1895 photographic postcard of the windmill at High Easter, Essex, England, taken by Fred Spalding (1830-1895). Fred Spalding was born in in Danbury to a shoemaker, and in the mid-19th century became a professional photographer at Tindal Street, Chelmsford. In 1862 he was only photographer listed in Chelmsford.
