| Description |
English: High Road, North Finchley Shops along the east side of the High Road at the junction with Friern Park. Coffee Republic was once a hardware store and, before that, who knows what else? The design of the building, which dates from 1906, is somewhat unique. The adjacent shops and bank do not appear to have had upper storeys. The Monday morning traffic is quite light in the period between the rush hour and shopping. |
