Description
Deutsch: Gedenktafel zum Ende des Stadtbrandes von 1847, der fast das gesamte Heideviertel in Wernigerode vernichtete. Sie befindet sich an der Brandmauer zwischen den Häusern Hinterstraße 58-60. Inschrift: Dem Herrn sei Preis und Dank gebracht! Das Feuer kam in tiefer Nacht. Da half der Herr mit seiner Macht und hat ihm hier ein End gemacht. Ps. 34. v. 7. -- d. 29. März 1847 (Psalm 34 Vers 7)
