Deutsch: Der neue Hirsefeldsteg in Marburg, eine Brücke für Radler*innen und Zufussgehende, biegt hier vom Lahntalradweg auf dem Trojedamm nach rechts über die Lahn ab (der alte Steg war mit 1,5 m Breite viel zu schmal und eigentlich für den Radverkehr gesperrt, doch als Verbindungsroute dringend erforderlich, was vor dem Neubau viele Jahre zu Konflikten zwischen Spaziergängern und anderen Teilnehmern am sanften, nichtmotorisierten Verkehr im engen Marburg geführt hatte). Für Blinde ist hier an dieser Stelle ein Blindenleitsystem in den Weg eingelassen, welches als Streifen quer zum Spazierweg direkt auf die Lahnbrücke hin führt. Eine Fahrradautobahn ist diese Radroute also auch künftig nicht. Mit 3,5 m Breite und komfortabler Beleuchtung bei Nacht ist diese Lahnbrücke schon heute ein bedeutsames Netzelement sowohl im Radverkehrsnetz wie auch für Fussgänger zwischen den beiden Teilen der Stadt links und rechts der Lahn im Stadtgebiet Marburgs. |
