English: An incomplete set of hand-coloured lithographs depicting scenes from the Bible and the History of Christianity, published in Paris by Ch. Delagrave et Cie. and printed by Becquet frères. The set is entitled 'Histoire Sainte' and divided into three sections: 'Ancien Testament' ('première partie'); 'Ancien Testament' ('deuxième partie') and 'Nouveau Testament'.



'Ancien Testament' ('première partie') consists of the following scenes (the numbers below denote the number within the series, although the registration numbers do not follow the order of the narrative):
