Summary[edit]

Description
English: This is the first stick built house in Scioto Township Delaware County Ohio. It is located in White Sulphur, a town located on the now abandoned C.C.C. and St.Louis Railroad. It was built in 1826 there was also a distillery on the property. It is located on the Old Sandusky Military Road. It has been owned by some well known men including Oliver Perry Bird and Col. George B. Christian secretary to President Hayes our 19th U.S. President. It is on the Scioto River where a Indian Village was once located. It is a piece of Delaware County History. It is currently home to the Waterfield family and The Advanced Body Art Ltd. Featuring hand crafted leather artwork as well as woodworking and body art.
