Summary[edit]

Description
English: James B. Arthur built his stately Queen Anne Victorian in Fort Collins, CO in 1882. Built by Richard Burke with the architectural work done by Denver's Nichols and Canman, this mansion was one of the biggest private homes built at the time. The building was documented in the local paper by newsman, historian, and pioneer Ansel Watrous.
