Description
English: Historie om Jon Præst was the Danish version of the letter presumably sent from Prester John of Ethiopia to the Byzantine emperor. It was fake, but nevertheless created massive interest.
Dansk: Historie om Jon Præst var en dansk udgave af et brev, der blev sendt til den byzantinske kejser i 1160'erne, med præstekongen Johannes (Jon Præst) fra Etiopien som den angivelige afsender. Det var et falsum, men blev optrykt i adskillige lande.
