Summary[edit]
| Description |
English: Holy Trinity Church Taken from the minstrels gallery above the lounge area at the back of the church, the modern altar stands at the end of the nave, with the original altar beyond. The church was originally lit only by candles. The clerestory windows, visible on the upper left, were added in 1893 to give more light. Electric lighting was only provided in 1909. The organ, largely hidden by the walls behind the pulpit, was bought second hand from All Saints, Cheltenham, in 1887 and converted to electrical power in the 1920's. |
