Description
English: "Bakphul Bora" is a traditional and ancient food of Bengali. Bakphul (Sesbania grandiflora) is flower commonly found in Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, and are cultivated in south India and Sri Lanka. Basically, the flowers are dipped in besan batter and then deep fried in mustered oil.It can be perfect partner with a cup of evening tea or puffed rice or even with steamed rice.
