Summary[edit]

Description Another integral part of Chinese cuisine is fresh chillies, (or chilly peppers, or even hot peppers as they are called in North America). Here is a close view of a tray full of red hot chilly peppers. I've seen chilly peppers in various colours- green, red, yellow- but this is the first time I'm seeing them in this delightful orange colour. (Toronto, Canada, Nov.2015)
