Description
English: U.S. Navy Cmdr. Ramona Domen, assistant director, Navy Medical Center San Diego, Calif., checks the mobile adult trainer mannequin's heart and lungs during a ceremony commemorating the facility's new Medical and Surgical Simulation Center (MSSC) Dec. 12, 2008, in San Diego. MSSC enables medical personnel to test their skills on simulated patients. The mannequin, which recently was featured on the television series "Grey's Anatomy," is the most advanced simulated human patient.
