91,528,929 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were collected from 3,754 individuals by the Human Genome Diversity Project, the Simons Genome Diversity Project, and the 1,000 genomes project. They were consolidated by A. Wohns et al. in "A unified genealogy of modern and ancient genomes":
