| Description |
English: Hydraulic engine Allenheads Mine. Built 1864 at Elswick and used to power the sawmill. It has now been re-erected in a purpose built display centre in the village but is hidden behind mesh - see 707204. I took no exterior views and have used the grid reference given elsewhere on site for this mine. |
