English: I just got a new camera (SONY A6000) as well as some adapters to make it mount to my microscope. I am still trying to figure out the best settings / reduce blurring.
This way of doing things has drastically reduced the amount of warping in my images and I have been able to use a 4x4 grid while panning, which reduces the number of images I need to take. I may get a 2X or 1X objective since this is still way too zoomed in for me to do full die shots of larger chips like this without significant warping and stitching errors.
