Description
English: Given Marathi weddings are almost 4-5 day affair with different attires and dresses worn by both bride and groom. This image is of a Marathi bride on the day of marriage which is locally called 'vedic lagna'. The bride is wearing 'nauvari' saree as opposed to commonly wore 'sauvari' saree meaning the length of saree is 9 meters and not 6 meters. And she is covered well th green coloured shela.
