English: IPSC colonies PBscd01 positive for alkaline phosphatase (AP) and negative control fixed and stained, but not positive for the enzyme. (a) Fibroblasts, used as negative control, showing that they did not undergo the marking of alkaline phosphatase, confirming that they came from somatic cells, already differentiated. (b, c) IPSC PBscd01 positive for alkaline phosphatase, indicating that they are undifferentiated cells with self-renewal potential. Phase contrast images. Optical microscopy.
