Summary[edit]

Description
English: The Stone of Anointing is reportedly where Jesus' body was anointed before burial. Located in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre (also known as the Church of the Resurrection), in the Christian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem.
Some of the religious devout bring objects and place them on the stone to bless them with good fortune. This constant movement prompted this series of images taken at different exposure speeds to create a ghost-like appearance.
