Nederlands: Dansstad Den Haag presenteert van 28 oktober t/m 15 november de grootste dansbiënnale van Nederland: Holland Dance Festival. Dit jaar staat het evenement volledig in het teken van het jubileum van het Nederlands Dans Theater, hét boegbeeld van de hedendaagse dans. Meer dan 70 voorstellingen, 100 workshops en een gratis dansparade van ruim 1200 amateurdansers - alles opgedragen aan de rijke geschiedenis van het Haagse gezelschap.
Afgelopen zaterdag waren er in verschillende winkels, waaronder de Bijenkorf, voorproefjes van het aanstaande dansevenement te zien. De gefotografeerde danseres flirtte uitbundig met de camera, toen ze tussen de twee roltrappen door naar bendenen gleedt.
English: Holland Dance Festival is Holland's largest international dance biennial that is hosted in The Hague every two years since 1987. In every edition Holland Dance Festival strives to show a large selection of relevant developments in contemporary dance.
From 28 October thru 15 November 2009, Dance City The Hague again shows itself as the international centre of dance at the 12th edition of the Holland Dance Festival. This years festival celebrates the 50th anniversary of the Netherlands�� standard bearer of the dance: the Nederlands Dans Theater.
