| Description | I reserved a ride with the local tourist service in Nanortalik to do an up close and personal tour of the iceberg field in the bay on the north side of the city. It was marvelous having the smaller boat that can maneuver closer to these monsters. The colors of the water and icebergs are incredible when the sun hits them. Our tour guide told us this iceberg stands about 60 feet above water. |
